Rock My Gym comes standard with a commercial license allowing “background” music to be played at a business. However, when the music is played in a fitness based business you will need to obtain additional licenses, usually called a Fitness License, directly from the 4 Performing Rights Organizations (PROs) that are licensing agencies who represent song writers and music publishers. In the United States the four PROs are SESAC, BMI, GMR, and ASCAP. This “fitness” license will allow you to play music publicly and legally in your gym or fitness studio. As a part of our services, we will help you determine which licenses you need and assist you in obtaining those licenses.
Rock My Gym is supported in the United States and multiple foreign countries. If you plan to use the product outside the United
States, please check with us first.

No. All our music is edited to take out explicit lyrics and explicit content so you'll never have to worry!

Our music licenses only allow one location per account. Each location has a unique physical address, email and password. It should not be shared with any other location. Also, individuals cannot access the musical content when they are away from the licensed location as this violates the music license agreement.
The monthly music fee is $39.99/month and includes the music and music licensing for playing at a place of business to multiple individuals. As an intro, we do offer a free 14-day trial. You will find $39.99 to be very competitive in the business streaming marketplace and our DJ mix format is unique and superior to the single song solutions provided by our competition.
When your free trial ends then the billing information that you provided will be charged either the monthly or the annual fee depending on what was selected.
The free trial is completely risk free so that you can give the service a try first. You will be able to use the remainder of your free trial if you so choose then after the free trial period ends you will not be charged. If you would like to give us another try at a later time you will be able to.
You will be able to continue using the service through the remainder of the payment period. At the end of the payment period, which will either be a month or a year depending on what option was selected, then you will not be billed going forward and you will no longer have access to the service.
